Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy – VINNARE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for software, hardware products, and IT services.


1. Software Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Software licenses are non-refundable.

  • Once activated, no cancellation is allowed.

  • Custom-built software cannot be returned.

Refunds may apply only if the product was not delivered or has a technical issue that cannot be resolved.


2. IT Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed services

  • Consultancy sessions

  • AMC contracts

  • Custom development work

Refunds may be approved only before the project begins.


3. Hardware Products

Hardware can be returned if:

  • It is damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product is delivered

  • It is defective out of the box

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 7 days

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Replacement will be provided after inspection

Refunds are processed only if replacement is not available.


4. Cloud & Subscription Services

Monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds take 5–10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
